Bypassing the FTU app

As awesome as it is, it can be sometimes useful to not run the ftu app.
This is now possible if you set the NOFTU environment variable to 1 when
building gaia.

For instance, I run |NOFTU=1 make profile| to get a new profile on desktop.

Incidentally, this will probably also make B2G Desktop work for you on X11
systems as it's a workaround for
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=796421

And if your homescreen looks blank try clicking anyway, it might just not
be painting correctly.
